The blade it should be right in view.
if you just replaced the blade and everything was working fine before,, then all you need to do is tighten the tensioner knob. since you don’t have a book,, find the place were a lot of blade is free,, tighten the knob until you have about 1/4 play,, look on and behind the saw and see if you don’t have a dial indicator!! this tells you the different settings for different baldes!!! try wood magazine.com and look in the section for cleaning and maintaining tools,, also Delta tools has a good section and a great CD that shows how to maintain all their tools..
